By using the party.mn apps or web rooms you agree to these terms.
Use
- The games are for private fun with friends and family.
- The party.mn 18+ app is for people aged 18 and over only. Every drinking card has a no-alcohol alternative. Nobody has to drink; be sensible, and never drive after drinking.
- Do dares with safety in mind. Skip anything you’re not comfortable with.
Rooms
- Don’t type offensive names or text in rooms. Hosts can remove players and lock their room.
- Rooms are deleted after 2 idle hours. The service may be interrupted and rooms may be lost.
Purchases
- The 24-hour pass unlocks every deck for 24 hours from purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- Decks are bought once and restored with your store account.
- Refunds follow the App Store’s or Google Play’s rules.
Liability
The apps are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for harm arising during play.
